Will you join us? — Laura + Carly
From a beloved Crabwalk grad…
Crabwalk is fantastic. It gave me peace of mind around approaching goals that seemed too daunting before. I’m less fixated on my shortcomings and more confident, ready and able to tackle the things that stand in my way. Laura and Carly are the best.

Why the donation?
Aside from playing a small part in supporting others during this nutty time, the donation is helpful for accountability. Paying some amount of money means you’re more likely to stick with it. There’s also a sense of accomplishment and momentum that comes with completing something towards your goal, even if that’s only signing up for a program like this. We ask for a minimum of $25.
What charities are you supporting?
Charity of Your Choice:
Have a favorite charity that you prefer to support in the midst of this global pandemic? Make a minimum of $25 donation, attach the receipt to your application, and you’re good to go. We’d love to learn more about the organizations that are meaningful to you. Otherwise you can pick one of our favorites:
Carly’s Pick:
The Hebrew Educational Society of Southeast Brooklyn, serves more than 1,200 people daily, which accounts for more than 300,000 annual visits. It means a lot to me as I have been so proud to serve as a Board Member, and currently as Treasurer of the Board, for the past 10 years. In normal times, the HES is a robust community center providing essential social-services along with educational, recreational, cultural, fitness, and sports programs. We’re finding that our presence in the community is even more essential given these difficult times as we continue to serve over 1500 meals to those in need through our food pantry, and deliver our programming virtually. I’m so proud of our Executive Director and Staff, and your donation will support them and our community directly.
